The Familiar Work Moment

They know the work. Then pressure makes them rush, tighten up or lose the thread.

  • Their body tightens
  • They rush the opening
  • They second-guess the point
  • One interruption breaks the flow

What Changes for Employees

What people can feel and do differently.

Six practical changes they can take into the next meeting or call.

01

Feel Steadier Before You Speak

Use a short body-and-breath routine to settle before the meeting begins.

02

Speak Up More Comfortably

Start at a manageable pace instead of rushing to get it over with.

03

Be Heard Without Forcing It

Use voice, pace, posture and gesture so the main point is easier to follow.

04

Keep One Thought Clear

Choose the main idea, finish it and avoid burying it in extra explanation.

05

Focus on the Person, Not Yourself

Move attention away from how you look and respond to what is actually happening.

06

Recover and Keep Going

Continue after a pause, interruption or unexpected question without starting over.

More people contribute Designed to help capable employees take the floor without holding back or rushing through the point.
Ideas land more clearly Less over-explaining, fewer restarts and shared cues for getting the conversation back on track.

How BRAT Works

Prepare. Express. Notice. Adapt.

Every session follows the same practical cycle: prepare the person, clarify the point, notice the response, adjust and continue.

Practice you can observe

Try the moment. Add one tool. Try again. Leave with a routine that can be reused at work.

Simple, responsible measurement

Track participation, usefulness, readiness and intended use. Core programs can include a 14-day use check.

Informed by established acting, voice, movement and improvisation practices.

How It Starts

Describe the Situation

Tell us where the team gets stuck and what should work better.

3

Confirm the Workshop

Agree the date, participants, logistics and pre-session planning call.

Questions

Frequently Asked

What HR, L&D and team leaders usually need to know before choosing a format.

No. Participants do not play characters. BRAT adapts actor preparation—grounding, voice, intention and live response—to real workplace situations.

Choose SHOW UP READY for one preparation routine, READY IN REAL TIME for core employee skills, LEAD WITH PRESENCE for managers, RESET & CONNECT for an offsite, or REAL MOMENT LAB for one critical company situation.

BRAT adapts the focus, language, examples and agreed work situations. Starting prices include one planning call, the selected program, participant materials and a short team recap. Deeper scenario design, additional facilitators, travel and follow-up sessions are quoted separately.

SHOW UP READY and READY IN REAL TIME support up to eight people. LEAD WITH PRESENCE supports up to four leaders. RESET & CONNECT supports up to 16. Larger teams need another facilitator or a second cohort.

Activities begin in pairs or small groups. There is no surprise solo performance, forced personal disclosure or public employee assessment. Participation and accessibility needs can be agreed during the planning call.

One workshop can give participants a preparation routine, individual cues and observable first-and-second attempts. BRAT can track attendance, participant-rated usefulness and reported use after 14 days. Stable behavioural or business change requires repeated practice.
